含金属固体推进剂燃烧残渣的成分分析

摘    要:借助于近代物理分析技术(如X射线衍射、光电子能谱)及化学分析法,对含金属(硼/铝)固体推进剂燃烧后残渣的成分进行了较为全面的分析。在定性分析的基础上,着重介绍了残渣中剩余金属及其它成分的定量分析方法,包括X射线衍射及化学滴定法(氧化-还原滴定、酸碱滴定)。

Abstract:This paper deals thoroughly with the analysis of metallized solid propellants residues.Using modern analystical instruments such as X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Photoelectron Spectroscopy (PES), the phase analyses of residues were carried out qualitively and quantatively. The paperhas also presented the composition of residue particles, obtained by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM). In the end of the paper, we have discussed the application of chemical titrations as effectivemethods in analyses of surplus boron and aluminium and other compositions.
