双级轴向涡流器气量分配对燃烧室点火特性的影响

摘    要:为研究双级轴向涡流器一、二级气量分配对燃烧室点火特性的影响,对4种不同气量比的双级轴向涡流器进行了单头部燃烧室点火试验,同时结合燃烧室头部流场和喷嘴匹配涡流器雾化试验结果对点火试验结果进行了分析。结果表明:随着一、二级气量比由0.55增加至1.28,涡流器出口旋流数、涡流器下游回流区宽度、回流空气流量以及喷雾锥角逐渐减小;过小的一、二级气量比会导致点火状态下的燃油粒径变大;点火边界油气比随着一、二级气量比的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势,气量比为0.85~1的方案兼顾了流场和喷雾特性,获得了相对较好的燃烧室点火性能。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of dual axial swirler airflow split between the primary swirler and the secondary swirler on combustor ignition characteristics, four variations airflow split of dual axial swirler were made to test the ignition characteristics in a single dome combustor. The flow field and spray characteristics downstream by the dual axial swirler were used to analyze the ignition experimental results. The research results show that swirl number, width of recirculation zone, mass flow rate of reciculating air flow and spray cone angle decrease, as the airflow ratio of the primary swirler to the secondary swirler increases from 0.55 to 1.28. However, undersize airflow ratio of the primary swirler to the secondary swirler will increase the fuel particle size. Ignition fuel air ratio reduce first then increase as the airflow ratio of the primary swirler to the secondary swirler increases. Cases of airflow ratio of the primary swirler to the secondary swirler between 0.85 and 1 get better ignition performance because of flow field and spray characteristics.
