多组分液滴蒸发过程的理论模型及试验研究

摘    要:建立了多组分液滴蒸发过程的理论模型,通过该模型计算了不同浓度的酒精液滴在静止环境中的蒸发过程,计算结果与试验结果基本一致。计算和试验结果表明:在蒸发过程中,液滴中酒精的浓度不断下降,受其影响液滴的蒸发速率也不断下降;酒精浓度和环境温度越高,液滴的蒸发速度越快。酒精液滴蒸发过程中,无量纲面积与时间不再是线性关系,这是与单组分液滴蒸发过程的本质区别。

Abstract:The quasi-steady multicomponent droplet evaporation model was employed to investigate the evaporation process of different concentration ethanol solution droplet in the station environment. The calculational results were consisitent with experiments. As evaporation goes on, ethanol concentration of droplet becomes lower and evaporation of droplet becomes slower. When surrounding temperature and ethanol concentration are high, evaporation of droplet is fast. It is crutial different with evaporation of single component droplet that nondimentional area of bicomponent droplet is not linear to time.
