摘    要:本文研究了碳-酚醛材料在固体火箭发动机喷管中的烧蚀机理及性能.阐述了烧蚀过程中化学反应、粒子侵蚀及剪切力作用三方面的影响,并进行了计算.计算与实验结果比较,得到了综合考虑化学、机械两方面因素的烧蚀计算经验式.

Abstract:The ablation mechanism and the performance of carbon-phenolic material of solid propellant rocket nozzles are studied. The influences of chemical reactions, particle impingement and the shear stresses in boundary layers on the recession process are also analysed and calculated in this paper.Based on the comparison of experimental results with the predicted ones, an empirical correlation to predict the total recession including both chemical and mechanical effects is developed.
