多孔床复合固体推进剂燃烧转爆轰实验研究

摘    要:详细研究了高限制条件下,多孔床丁羧和丁羟推进剂的燃烧转爆轰过程,考察了推进剂的装药密度及其颗粒尺寸的大小对装药燃烧转爆轰的影响。实验结果表明:多孔床丁羧和丁羟推进剂在一定的条件下是可以产生燃烧转爆轰的,而且构成多孔床推进剂的碎片越细小,则推进剂越易产生燃烧向爆轰的转变。

Abstract:In this paper,transition process from deflagration to detonation (DDT) in both carboxyl terminated polybutadiene (CTPB) propellant and hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant with porous beds under heavily confined condition are discussed in detail and the effects of charge density of propellant and its grain size on DDT of charge are investigated. Experimental results show that DDT in both CTPB propellant and HTPB propellant with porous beds may occur under some conditions and that the smaller the flake grains constituting propellant beds,the easier the occurrence of DDT is.
