旋转状态下带肋U形通道内换热的实验研究

摘    要:用实验方法研究了涡轮叶片内带肋U形通道状态下的前缘、后缘及两侧面局部换热系数分布。结果表明,在旋转状态下此通道的努塞尔数随雷诺数的增大而增大。在进气通道的后缘和出气直通道前缘,努塞尔数随旋转数的增加而增加;在进气直通道的前缘和出气直通道的后缘,努塞尔数随着旋转数的变化出现几次反复。随着浮力数的增加,通道的平均努塞尔数是下降的。U形通道参旋转状态下的流动换热规律比静态下的复杂的多。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to study the heat transfer characteristics of a rotating ribbed serpentine passage The passage has a squared cross section Results show that Nusselt number Nu increases with the increase in Reynolds number Re Increasing the Rotation number tended to increase Nu on the trailing side in the inlet passage and the leading side in the outlet passage, while on the leading side in the inlet passage and the trailing side in the outlet passage Nu decreased The average Nu decreases with the increase in Buoyancy number
