风扇/增压级设计与非设计性能数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究双涵道风扇/增压级的设计与非设计状态性能,利用三维数值模拟软件对某型双涵道风扇/增压级80%设计转速、88%设计转速、96%设计转速、100%设计转速下的各种工作状态进行了数值模拟。重点分析了典型工况下风扇/增压级出口特性参数分布与非设计转速下内涵特性。同时通过和实验结果的比较表明,对风扇/增压级设计状态性能的模拟较非设计状态性能的模拟更为准确。

Abstract:A three dimensional numerical simulation software named NUMECA(Numerical Mechanics Application)was used to calculate different operating points at 80%,88%,96% and 100% design speed to study design and off-design performance of fan/compressor.The characteristic parameter distribution at outlet under typical operating condition and off-design performance of core duct were analyzed.Compared with the results obtained from experimental data,the numerical simulation of fan/compressor design performance at design operating point show better agreement with the experiment than off-design operating point.
