GAP/AN推进剂热分解性能研究

摘    要:利用高压差热分析和热重分析法研究了GAP/AN推进剂主要组分的热分解性能。硝酸铵及硝酸酯的分解对压力比较敏感,是造成GAP/AN推进剂压强指数高的主要原因;燃速调节剂MO对硝酸铵及GAP的分解具有很强的催化作用,显著影响硝酸铵的低压分解,使其分解由吸热转变为放热过程,提高了推进剂在低压下的燃速,降低了压强指数。

Abstract:Thermal decomposition characteristics of GAP/AN propellant ingredients were studied by means of thermal analysis(PDSC,TG).The burning rate pressure exponent of GAP/AN propellant was high for the thermal decomposition characteristics of ammonium nitrate and easter nitrate(BG).The burning rate modifier MO had a strong effect on the decompositon of GAP and ammonium nitrate.The decomposition of ammonium nitrate was exothermic under low pressure with burning rate modifier MO,therefore,the burning rate of low pressure was increased and the burning rate pressure exponent was decreased
