高浓度颗粒冲刷条件下高硅氧酚醛烧蚀实验

摘    要:利用高过载模拟烧蚀实验发动机,开展了高浓度颗粒流冲刷条件下高硅氧酚醛材料烧蚀机理的实验研究。研究表明:高浓度颗粒流冲刷条件下高硅氧酚醛材料的烧蚀比常规条件下要严重的多,其机理主要是高浓度颗粒流冲刷对炭化层具有强烈的剥蚀效应;相同条件下高硅氧酚醛材料抗颗粒流冲刷的性能明显比石棉酚醛模压材料差;增强绝热材料炭化层的致密性和韧性是提高绝热材料抗颗粒冲刷能力的有效途径。提出了建立高浓度颗粒冲刷条件下绝热层烧蚀建模的思路,为高过载条件下热防护研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The ablation experiments of silica phenolic resin material eroded by highly concentrated particles were carried out by using the high acceleration ablation simulation test motor. The experiments show that the ablation rate of silica phenolic resin material eroded by highly concentrated particles is higher than that in normal condition. The mechanism of this phenomena is that the erosion of highly concentrated particles can destroy its charring layer strongly. The measurement results show that the characteristic of resistant to erosion of particles of asbestos phenolic molded composite is better than silica phenolic resin material. The available means to improve insulation material's resistant to erosion by particles is to enhance the compactness and toughness of its charring layer. The routine to build the ablation models of insulation materials was brought forward.
