催化剂及加入方法对HTPB复合推进剂燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:通过热重分析(TG),差热分析(DTA)、高压差热分析(HPDTA),对三种催化剂(亚铬酸铜C,C、铜的有机络合物TP和铜、铬、铅盐的混合物TX)、催化剂和胶的混合物、催化剂和高氯酸铵(AP)的混合物、催化剂与AP的共同结晶物(简称共晶)的热解特性进行了研究.还对配方相同,仅催化剂加入方法不同的HTPB推进剂及不同部位、不同方法加入催化剂的AP-HTPB夹心件作了燃速测试.实验研究的结果表明:三种催化剂对AP的凝相放热反应均有加速催化作用:在AP结晶中加入催化剂的催化效率高于以混合方法加入催化剂的催化效率,进而对其机理作了探讨.

Abstract:A series of experiments have been conducted to study the influence of burning rate catalysts upon the combustion characters of the hydroxy terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)composite propellants. The catalysts being used are copper chromite(C.C), copper containing organic complex compound(TP),and a mixture of Cu, Cr, Pb salts(TX).The Catalyst is added into the propellant either by mixing with other components of the propellant or by doping with Ammonium Perehlorate(AP)through recrystallization. TG, DTA and HPDTA are used to study the thermal decomposition properties of the following samples. AP, HTPB binder, mixtures of catalysts and AP oxidizer, mixtures of catalysts and HTPB polymer binder, AP oxidizer doped with catalyst.The burning rates of AP/HTPB propellants and AP/HTPB sandwitches are measured, with the same composition and the same components but different adding method and position,The quenched surface of propellants gained by rapid depressurization is examined by X-ray ph-otoelectron spectroscopy.It is found that these three catalysts can promote the exothermic reaction in the condensed phase of the AP oxidizer and that the catalyst doped in AP is more efficient in promoting the burning rate of the propellant.The following can also be concluded from this work: AP oxidizer doped with catalyst increase not only its contact area but also the reaction time with the catalyst.Some burning rate catalysts may have different catalystic mechanism if they are added into propellants in different way.The catalyst being doped into AP crystal can change the density of the AP crystal.
