摘    要:在进口气流速度50~100m/s,喷嘴压降0.59~1.86MPa,喷嘴直径0.54mm,温度273~473K,V型火焰稳定器顶角40°、45°,槽宽45、80mm的条件下,试验研究了直射式喷嘴的液雾射流在稳定器表面的溅跳雾化现象,并详细叙述了用燃气分析法测定稳定器表面集油率的方法,取样总误差为±5%.

Abstract:Splashing atomization on flameholder is experimentally investigated under the conditions of entrance velocity from 50-100m/s, pressure drop from 0.6-1.9MPa, diameter of atomized spray injector of 0.54mm, temperature from 273-473 K, vertex angles of 40° and 45° and flameholder groove width of 45 and 80mm. The method using gas analysis for measuring the collecting rate of fuel droplets on flameholder is illustrated in great details.The total sampling error is within
