某型涡喷发动机的可靠性增长分析

摘    要:针对某型涡喷发动机的一组含零故障的多台不同步截尾故障数据。给出了趋势检验、AMSAA模型的拟合优度检验及模型参数的极大似然估计方法。分析表明,该型发动机有显著的可靠性增长,且可用AMSAA模型拟合其故障数据,在考虑零故障后,其参数及MTBF的极大似然估计(MLE)更为可信。

Abstract:A group of nonsynchronous truncated failure data for a type of turbojet engine areobtained from several engine test with zero failure. The tendency check, goodness of fit check,maximum likelihood estimates(MLE)of the parameters and MTBF for AMSAA model are presented.Analysis indicates that those data have significant plus growth tendency and can be fitted by AMSAAmodel, and that the MLEs of parameters and MTBF with consideration of zero failure are moreconvincing.
