防老剂H对丁羟推进剂力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了防老剂H(N,N'-二苯基对苯二胺)对丁羟推进剂力学性能的影响,从力学性能的角度提出了防老剂H在HTPB/TDI型推进剂中的最佳用量。发现防老剂H影响丁羟推进剂性能的规律与固化剂种类有关,如果不加入防老剂H,则HTPB/IPDI推进剂的力学性能会显著优于HTPB/TDI推进剂。

Abstract:The effect of antioxidant H (N, N'-diphenyl-p-phenylene diamine) on mechanicalproperties of HTPB propellant is studied. The optimum content of antioxidant H used in HTPB/TDIpropellants is obtained in terms of mechanical properties, and it is also noted that the effect ofantioxidant H is dependent on the kind of curing agent. If antioxidant H is not used in thepropellants, the mechanical properties of HTPB/IPDI propellants are much better than those ofHTPB/TDI propellants.
