环境压强对固体推进剂力学行为的影响

摘    要:为了解环境压强对固体推进剂的力学行为的影响,以NEPE固体推进剂为研究对象,利用高压材料试验机,研究了室温中两种拉速条件下的NEPE推进剂力学行为变化规律。结果表明:NEPE推进剂的抗拉强度、伸长率、断裂伸长率均随环境压强的增加而增大。建立了环境压强对NEPE推进剂力学行为影响的数学模型,提出了力学性能压强指数的概念,并对测试结果进行了简要分析。

Abstract:In order to find out the effect of the environment pressure on the mechanical properties of solid propellant ,the change law of mechanical properties of NEPE solid propellant as the object of study was studied under the conditions of two different tensile rates and room temperature by means of a high pressure material testing machine. The results indicated that tensile strength, elongation and breakage elongation of NEPE propellant were increased along with increase of pressure. The mathematics models on the effect of the environment pressure on the mechanical properties of NEPE solid propellant were established,and the conception of pressure exponent about mechanical properties was put forward. A simple analysis was made for the test results.
