摘    要:基于火箭发动机的地面试验,研制了一种状态监控系统,给出了系统的基本结构、自适应相关安全限(ACSB)故障检测算法、软硬件系统的实现方案等,并通过大量试验子样对检测算法和关机逻辑进行了验证。结果表明,ACSB检测算法明显优于红线关机。

Abstract:On basis of the ground test of liquid rocket engines a monitoring system is developed,of the system basic architecture, fault detecting algorithm and realized projects of the software andhardware are given. The fault detecting algorithm and the cutofflogics are testified through a largenumber of test patern. The verified results show that ACSB detecting algorithm is much better thanred-line system in fault diagnosis.
