AP/DHG/聚醚燃气发生剂的研究

摘    要:研究了以高氯酸铵(AP)/二羟基乙二肟(DHG)/聚醚为主要组分的燃气发生剂的配方和主要性能。用实验室合成的聚合物P-100对DHG进行了包覆,并对所包覆的DHG进行了一定的表征。采用包覆DHG,AP,聚醚等作为主要成分,制备了燃气发生剂,测定了燃气发生剂的燃烧性能、力学性能和灰分,并分析了DHG的降速机理。结果表明,聚合物P-100包覆DHG的包覆度很高,且可显著提高拉伸强度。

Abstract:The formula and properties of composite gas generating propellant AP/DHG/Polyether were investigated.DHG coated by polymer P 100 was characterized with XPS.The composite gas generating propellant was prepared with the coated DHG,AP and Polyether.Its burning property,mechanic property and the ash content wewe determined.The mechanism of the burning rate reduction was also analyzed.The results show that the degree of coating DHG using polymer P 100 is excellent and the tensile strength of coated DGH increases.
