自适应多层结构热响应的数值模拟

摘    要:自适应多层结构是一种由具有特殊分子结构的高分子材料的加热过程中,自适应形成的具有不同防热性能的多层结构,有机硅热防护材料具有这种多适应多层结构的性能。本文以有机硅为例,以实验结果为依据,给出了这种多层结构热响应特性的数值模拟方法,算例计算表明,数值模拟与实验结果基本相符。

Abstract:The self-adaptive multi-layer structure with differentthermal protection performance was produced at aerodynamic heating usingmacromolecule material with special molecular structure.To adopt the simplemodel of two pyrolysis surface,the numerical simulation of thermal res-ponse for self-adaptive multi-layer structure was presented according to theablative experimental results for silicone polymer.The numerical resultscompared with experimental results on ARC JET test equipment.It shows agood agreement.
