水平轴风力机叶片气弹建模与响应分析

摘    要:基于Hamilton原理在惯性系下建立叶片动力学方程。针对风力机预弯叶片,引入上反坐标系描述叶片的预弯变形。叶片结构动力学模型基于中等变形梁理论,引入Hartenberg-Denavit增广转换矩阵,应用5节点18自由度梁单元模型进行叶片离散。翼型气动力计算采用Pierce修正的风机Leishman-Beddoes非定常气动力模型,入流模型采用Suzuki广义动态尾迹入流模型。利用Newmark数值积分方法获得叶片气弹响应的稳态周期解。分别以美国国家可再生能源实验室Phase VI非定常空气动力学实验及其公开的1.5MW风力机叶片为算例计算了有/无预弯叶片的气弹响应,验证了本文所建模型的正确性。

Abstract:An aeroelastic analysis mathematic model of the horizontal axis wind turbine blades was brought forward using finite element method based on Hamilton’s principle.The extended transformation matrixes were introduced in this paper based on the moderate deflection beam model.5-node 18-degree-of-freedom beam element was developed for the discretization of the blade.The Suzuki’s dynamic inflow model and the modified Leishman-Beddoes dynamic stall model were used to calculate the unsteady aerodynamic loads.A Pre-curved coordinate frame was introduced to describe the profile of Pre-curved turbine blade.Then the wind turbine blade aeroelasticity model was built on the inertial coordinate frame and evaluated using Newmark integration method.Finally,the comparison with NREL’s unsteady aerodynamics experiment Phase VI and another 1.5MW wind turbine computation example verified the correctness of the mathematic model brought forward in this paper.
