民机复合材料油箱维护口盖研究

摘    要:复合材料作为一种优良的航空材料,具有比强度高、比刚度大,材料力学性能可设计等优点。复合材料油箱结构因制造性和维护性要求需要开维护孔,需要安装合适的油箱口盖结构。通过中央翼复合材料油箱口盖设计并开展制造工艺研究,对民用飞机复合材料油箱口盖结构设计提供技术支持。

Abstract:Composite as excellent aviation material is widely used due to its high intensity, stiffness and designable performance. In order to satisfy manufacture process and maintain requirement, the composite fuel tank needs to open hole with the appropriate fuel tank access door. This paper describes design and manufacturing method of composite fuel tank access door, which could provide technical support for composite fuel tank access door of civil aircraft.
