Abstract:Being efficiency and effectiveness should always be driven of the goal of negotiation. The ultimate success of negotiation hinges on developing and strengthening the seamless and cross function collaboration between parties, choosing and judging correctly on the negotiation counterparts, focusing on the effective process control, identifying the exact goal to be achieved, reasonably analyzing the quotation and bridging the gap between parties.
