摘    要:针对大型飞机总体技术要求和起飞着陆增升装置的设计要求,确定增升装置总体设计流程,详细介绍了后缘增升装置机构设计方法和平台,解决大型飞机后缘增升装置空间复杂机构的设计,以及后缘内外侧襟翼运动连续性和同步性问题。完成了后缘增升装置传动机构和收放机构在后梁上的布置,保证了收放机构的顺气流布置。

Abstract:According to the General technical requirements and takeoff and landing demands for high lift devices on large aircrafts, the overall design process on high lift devices is determined. This paper introduced mechanism design method and platform building for the Trailing Edge High Lift Device in detail, and solved the complexity mechanism design for trailing edge high lift devices space and movement continuity and synchronization for inboard and outboard trailing edge flaps. The driving mechanism and retraction/ extension mechanism on the trailing edge high lift devices are completed to deploy on the rear beam ,which ensure retraction/ extension mechanism to deploy along the flow.
