民机试飞构型管理概述

以民用飞机试飞工作为背景，从民机试飞构型管理的特征和过程出发，论述了试飞构型管理的范围和性质，说明了试飞构型管理本质上属于研制构型管理，由制造商内部控制。并从适航的角度研究了民机试飞构型到位工作的特点及其与试飞计划的关系、给出了试飞构型评估报告编制方法。最后，介绍了试飞构型控制工作的流程，并根据试飞构型管理实践经验，提出了试飞构型控制工作中需关注的重点。对后续民机试飞构型工作具有一定的参考意义。

Configuration Management of Flight Test for Civil Aircraft

Based on the characteristics and process of civil aircraft flight test, this paper discusses the scope and nature of flight test configuration management. The management of test flight is essentially development configuration management which is controlled by manufacturer. From the perspective of airworthiness, the characteristics of civil aircraft flight test configuration to be in place were studied and its relationship with the flight test plan. And the flight test configuration evaluation report preparation method was given. Finally, the flow of flight test configuration control is introduced, and the focus of attention control is put forward based on the experience of flight test configuration management, which has certain reference to the follow up civil aircraft flight test.
