| 摘 要： | 针对因对机动速度错误理解导致的飞行事故,从澄清设计机动速度和使用机动速度概念入手,分析了两个速度制定的规章要求、需要考虑的因素、两者间的关系,以及导致误解的原因,从设计和使用角度提出了与机动速度相关的飞行安全建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the flight accident due to misunderstanding maneuvering speed,airworthiness regulation requires, determination conditions, relationship between two speeds, and root causes of misunderstanding were analyzed from clarifying the concepts of the design maneuvering speed and operational maneuvering speed. Flight safety suggestions on maneuvering speed were presented from perspective of design and operation. |
