民机应急门口框上导向槽的设计

摘    要:民用飞机应急门口框结构受力较为复杂,是飞机结构疲劳设计重点关注的区域之一。门框上导向槽是确定应急门运动轨迹的关键构件。以某型民用飞机的应急门口框上的导向槽为主要研究对象,从导向槽的功能、结构、强度、制造、安装、材料等各个方面对该零件进行了分析,最终解决了该零件的关键几何特征定义的难点——孔径尺寸和齿形方向的形位公差。通过以上各方面介绍和分析,完整地提出了导向槽零件的设计思路和细节。

Abstract:It's relatively complicated for the loads of emergency door surround structure for civil aircraft, which is one important focus of aircraft structure design. The roller guide is the key part on emergency door surround structure, which has been taken as the main research object in this paper. The roller guide has been analyzed from the aspects of function, structure, stress, methods, installation and material, etc. At last, the hole diameter and the profile and position tolerance of serration has been settled ,which is the difficulty of the definition of key geometrical features. Based on above analysis and introduction, the design and its details for the roller guide part has been presented completely.
