直升机动部件定寿技术研究

摘    要: 某型直升机采用安全寿命评定方法对其动部件进行了定寿,确定的使用寿命偏于保守,具有较大的寿命潜力。采用安全寿命与损伤容限相结合的先进技术对该型机尾桨叶进行寿命评定 :既以安全寿命方法确定使用寿命,同时考虑裂纹扩展寿命,以达到延长结构使用寿命、保证使用安全的目的,较好地发挥尾桨叶的使用效能,满足使用要求。

Abstract:The service life of dynamic components of a helicopter was decided by the safety life assessing method, but the results show that the given life was conservative, so it has capacity to prolong the life. The advanced technology of safety life and damage tolerance was taken to confirm the life of the helicopter's tail rotor. Confirming the safety life by the safety life method and considering the crack propagation life by the damage tolerance method can prolong the service life of tail rotors structure and ensure its safety in use. The use efficiency of the tail rotor was exerted preferably, and the requirements for use were satisfied.
