复合材料飞机结构损伤容限特性

摘    要: 复合材料用于飞机结构已有10多年的历史,由于复合材料的特点,必须重新研究原来适用于金属结构的损伤容限设计的一系列规范、手册和数据在复合材料结构中的适用性。本文介绍了欧美各国在复合材料飞机结构损伤容限特性方面的研究概况,并且从对有关规范的补充说明、缺陷性质和验证标准、飞机结构损伤容限评定方法、分析方法和设计方法等几个方面进行了综述。

Abstract:There have been more than 10 years since composite structures were placed rnto service. Because of the peculiar characteristics of composite mate-iials, the applicability of the available specifications, handbooks and data sheets which are suitable to metallic aircraft structures, to composite aircraft structures must be reasserssed, In the present paper the research survey of damage tolerance behaviour of composite aircraft structures in Europe and the United States is presented. This survey consists of five parts. They are he complementary interpretations of the relavent specifications, the sorts tof defects and their verification criterion, damage tolarence certification procedure of aircraft structures, analysis approaches and design methods.
