镀金属碳纤维吸波涂层添加剂的初探

摘    要:吸波涂层采用导电纤维作为添加剂,主要吸波机制是以导电纤维作为谐振电偶极子,与具有损耗性能的介质材料基体相配合,将入射电磁波的能量大量谐振消耗在基体里,从而达到衰减的目的。导电纤维可以采用金属丝、不锈钢丝,镀铝涤纶纤维、镀银尼龙纤维以及镀金属碳纤维等本文采用镀金属碳纤维(MCF)作为主要研究对象。

Abstract:This research has focused on the behaviour of adding metal coated carbon fiber(MCF)to microwave absorbing coatings. It is found that MCF can be used to adjust the electromagnetic parameters of absorbing medium, improve the attenuating property of the absorber and widen the working frequency band. MCF can be applied to various absorptive medium materials and works mainly in the mechanism of resonant dissipation of incident microwave energy. It is also found that the microwave absorbing property of the MCF added absorber is independent on the electromagnetic parameters and the thickness of the absorber.
