摘    要: 对内置有相同截面面积的圆形、椭圆形和水滴形等不同形状扰流柱叉排阵列的矩形通道流动过程进行了试验和三维数值模拟,获得了通道内流场的基本特征,分析了扰流柱形状和扰流柱间距对通道压力损失性能的影响。研究结果表明:在相同的扰流柱间距下,装有水滴形扰流柱阵列的矩形通道压力损失约为圆形扰流柱的50~60%;随着扰流柱阵列间距的减小,通道压力损失增加,改变横向间距引起的扰流柱阵列通道压力损失的改变要比改变流向间距更为显著。

Abstract:A combined experimental and 3-D numerical study on th e flow processes of rectangular channel fitted with staggered arrays of circle, elliptical and water drop shaped pin fins is conducted in the present paper.The velocity fields and static pressure distributions are obtained, and the effects of pin fins shape and array spacing on the pressure loss characteristics are ana lyzed in detail.It is found that the pressure loss of drop-shaped pin fins is a bout 50%~60% of that of the circle pin fins.The pressure loss increases in the m ore compact arrays, and the variation of the pressure loss induced by varying sp anwise pin fins spacing is more obvious than that of varying streamwise pin fins spacing.
