摘    要: 关于多级轴流压气机非设计性能及喘振边界的预测,在公开文献中尚未见到有比较实用的方法。本文分析了国内外有关此方面的资料,比较了现有各种方法的优缺点,提出了一套便于工程应用的新方法。其中对级失速点、非设计转速下的级特性及压气机喘振边界的确定作了较深入的探讨,并扼要描述了整个计算步骤和方法。用该方法对一台单级和一台三级压气机进行了计算,计算结果与试验值的吻合程度是满意的。

Abstract:A new method for predicting the off-design performance and the surge margin of axial-flow compressors is presented, it employs a group of curves generalized from the experimental data of many subsonic and transonic rotors to determine stage stall points. For calculating the off-design performance of stages a more reasonable iterative method is adopted, in which the changes of wheel speed ratio and velocity ratio of rotor inlet and outlet, deviation angle and compressibility effects are taken into consideration. The overall compressor performance is obtained by stage-stacking method. The surge margin of the compressor is predicted by means of the "actuator-delay-volume" model and the method of numerical integration. As examples, the characteristics of two compressors are calculated. The results compare with the experimental data satisfactorily.
