GD钢贝氏体相变动力学研究

摘    要: 利用Formastor-F全自动相变仪对GD钢贝氏体相变动力学进行了系统的研究。结果表明,GD钢贝氏体等温转变相变动力学曲线可以用Johnson-Mehl型方程精确地加以描述。根据贝氏体相变的总激活能判断,试验钢上、下贝氏体相变的过渡温度约为285℃。

Abstract:The bainite transformation kinetics of GD steel are investigated systematically by means of a fully autodilatometer Formastor-F. The results show that the isothermal bainite transformation kinetic curve of the tested steel can be accurately expressed by the Johnson-Mehl type equation. _According to the total activation energy of bainite transformation,it is deduced that the transitive temperature of upper and lower bainite transformation is about 285℃。
