旋流加力燃烧室模型的试验研究

摘    要: 近几年来,对旋流加力燃烧室进行了广泛的研究,以改善燃烧效率和缩短火焰长度。 本文对叶片旋流器和非预混气流的燃烧系统进行研究。为降低压力损失,选择燃烧室直径与旋流器直径之比为1(D/d=1)的燃烧模型。空气经环形60°叶片旋流器进入燃烧室,天然气经中心同轴旋流器(或其它结构)进入,以便研究燃料旋流器角度对速度分布、温度分布、壁面静压分布的影响,并观察混合过程的变化。还研究了喷入燃料的另一种方法,以提高燃烧效率和缩短火焰长度。

Abstract:A combustion system with a vane swirler and non-premixed flow is investigated experimentally. The ratio between diameters of chamber and swirler is equal to unity (D/d= 1 ). Nature gas is used as fuel. Pressure losses across the annular swirlers are measured for different swirler angles and velocities. The influence of changing gas swirler angle on velocity profile, temperature and wall static pressure distributions is studied and observation of the mixing is carried out.From experiments it is concluded that pressure losses of different swirler angles are correlated linearly by the parameter 2ghf2/ppρtg2θ The combustion performance is improved when the gas is injected tangentially into air from four holes on the wall Flame length is obviously shortened, average temperature rise is enhanced about from 50% to 80%.
