摘    要: 在对含低速冲击损伤复合材料层合板压缩破坏研究的基础上,探讨了层合板在低速冲击损伤后的修补问题,提出了开口、金属填充以及机械修补等 3种修补方法,并考核了它们对改善板的压缩强度的作用。结果表明,所提出的修补方法均有较好的效果,其中的机械修补方法成倍地提高了层合板的压缩强度;同时还进一步证明了,子层失稳、扩展是导致低速冲击后层合板承压能力下降的重要因素。

Abstract:Based on the studies on compressive failure of composite laminates with low velocity impact damage, the repair matter of laminates after low velocity impact was investigated. Three repair modes were developed, named as opening, metal filling, and mechanical repair respectively herein. Their influences on residual compressive strength were examined through experiments. The implications of the results were that all the repair modes had fine improvement upon compressive strength while mechanical repair got residual strength doubled and redoubled. Meanwhile, this investigation had proved further that sub-laminate buckling and the delamination expending were the important factors that caused the decrease in the compression-bearing capacity of composite laminates after low velocity impact.-=
