芳纶－铝合金胶接层板残余应力分析与测定

 分析了芳纶－铝合金胶接层板在固化过程中形成的残余应力以及预应力与残余应力的关系。为验证分析所得的表达式,采用应变片包理法测定了层板的残余应力,结果表明,层板纤维方向的残余应力实测值与分析值相吻合。

ANALYSIS AND MEASUREMENT ON RESIDUAL STRESS OF ARAMID ALUMINUM LAMINATES

Aramid aluminum laminate is a new kind of hybrid composite。The residual stresses of the ordinarily cured unidirectional laminate and prestressed laminate are analyzed quantitatively.The results indicate that the longitudinal residual stress in fibre/resin layers of ordinarily cured laminate is cornpressive and the prestress can reverse the residual stress in compression to that in tension,The reversed residual stress system is favorable to the properties of the laminate.In order to examine the analyzing formulations,strain gages were embedded in the unidirec-tional aramid aluminum laminates(ordinarlly cured and prestressed) to determine the residual stresses in the aluminum layers.On the other hand,the residual stresses in fibre/resin layers can be calculated according to the balance of forces in the laminate,The analyzed values of residual stress are in good agreement with thexperimental ones in the longitudinal direction.
