300M钢制内螺纹冷挤压研究

摘    要: 研究300M超高强度钢内螺纹的冷挤压成形以及工件预制底孔直径、冷却润滑液等因素对其内螺纹挤压成形的影响;对挤压螺纹轴截面上的显微硬度进行了测试,并对显微硬度的特征进行了详细分析,与45钢进行对比以此来表征挤压强化效果。

Abstract:In this paper the technology of cold form tapping in superhigh strength steels is investigated when threading in high strength materials, severe wear and breakage of the cold forming tap are often encountered. Nevertheless, cold form tapping in superhigh strength steels is theoretically proved to be feasible. And then, investigation on the influence of different conditions such as pre-tapped hole size, lubricant, etc., on cold form tapping in superhigh strength steels are carried out. In addition, the microhardness is measured on the cross section of formed threads, and the feature of the microhardness and strengthening of formed threads are analysed in details.
