飞机风挡鸟撞动响应分析方法研究

摘    要: 建立了鸟体模型和风挡玻璃破坏准则,形成了一套完整的风挡鸟撞动响应分析方法。并对某型号风挡进行了鸟撞动响应分析,得出了鸟的运动轨迹和风挡的位移、应力、应变响应以及风挡玻璃的鸟撞临界速度,经与试验结果比较,两者吻合较好。

Abstract:A bird model which is used in bird-windshield strike analysis is established in comparison with to the standard solutions, and the failure criterion of windshield suggested is that the strain produced is greater than the critical strain of the windshield material. Then LS-DYNA is employed to analysis the bird-windshield impact response. The dynamic stress, strain and displacement of the windshield are obtained, and the critical velocity when the windshield failure is also gotten on the FE analysis. The analytical results are compared to those of the experiment and both are consistent fairly well.
