摘    要:针对LF21防锈铝合金(JX机副油箱材料)CCT试样,通过采用两种胶贴剂的复合材料(T300)胶贴修补,对其裂纹扩展过程作了两种分布的统计分析,从而为建立新的胶贴裂纹扩展模型提供了一个很好的可靠性分析基础。计算结果表明XH-11结构胶在95%置信水平下其抗疲劳性能优于Metallplastic铝粉胶,共结果可供飞机结构胶贴修补时参考。

Abstract:In accordance with CCT specimen of LF21 antirust aluminium-alloy (material of JX auxiliary fuel tank ), through bonded repair with composite patch adopting two types of ad-hesives the statistical analysis of fatigue crack growth is presented in two kinds of distributions. Thus, an excellent reliability analysis base is provided for establiahing a new patched-crack growth model. The calculation results show that the anti-fatigue performance of XH-11 adhesive is superior to metalplastic adhesive. These results can be used as reference in bonded repair of aircraft structures.
