摘    要: 首先指出多因素引起的突发性灾难事故现仍偶有发生,虽然其发生次数不多,但性质是严重的。阐明多因素失效灾难性事故的预防方法,提出有工程实际意义的截断事故链中关键链的概念与方法,提出与建立针对多因素失效的可靠性分析方法,并提出如何在飞机上建立相应的健康监控设施及其算法。

Abstract:Although the number of aviation disastrous accident is relatively small, due to its serious effect its quality is very serious and important. In this paper, the research is focused on the disastrous accident caused by a series of accidental factors. The methods for preventing the above mentioned accident are exploited. The concept and method of interrupting the key elements for a chain of events a re presented. The reliability analysis methods of multifactor fault are presente d and given. An appropriate health monitoring system and algorithm for aircraft and aerospacecraft to prevent this kind of accident are presented.
