摘    要: 设计了用于转子振动控制的多层挤压型电流阻尼器,通过对悬臂转子系统的实验发现:随外加电压的增大,这种阻尼器能有效地抑制转子系统的临界共振,但当转速超过临界转速后,系统的响应反而增大,为消除这种不利影响,引入了开/关控制法,实验表明:它既能有效抑制临界共振,消除不利影响,又不会引起系统的不稳定。最后实验验证了这种阻尼器抑制转子系统突加不平衡响应的有效性。

Abstract:In previous work by authors, a disk type electrorheological damper was designed to control the vibration of rotor systems. In this paper, a multiple squeeze films electrorheological damper was designed first. It is found, from experiment, that the critical resonant amplitude was suppressed effectively by this damper when the imposed electric field increased, but when the speed is greater than 2400r/min, the response of rotor system increased as the imposed electric field increased. In order to avoid this side effect, an on/off control method was introduced. With this method, the critical resonant amplitude was suppressed and the side effect was eliminated, on the other hand, this method did not cause unstability to the rotor system. Finally, the effectiveness of the damper to suppress the sudden unbalance response of the rotor system was verified through experiment.
