三维短裂纹的单峰超载迟滞效应研究

摘    要: 研究LY12CZ铝合金板材缺口附近短裂纹扩展阶段单峰超载迟滞效应。试验表明,在单峰超载情况下,短裂纹与长裂纹扩展相似,均存在超载迟滞效应。并且短裂纹阶段更敏感。

Abstract:The single-peak overload retardation effect in fatigue crack propagation of small cracks is studied by experiments by using LY12CZ aluminum alloy specimens with small crack at the notch. It is found that for small cracks the overload retardation effect is similar to that for long cracks but it is more sensitive to overload for the former ease. Prediction calculations using the closure model are done, the prediction are satisfactory for engineering purpose.
