摘    要: 在室温下对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了单轴棘轮实验研究,提出了一种新的分离型黏塑性本构模型。引入了能记忆最大塑性应变的记忆面,在记忆面内和面上采用不同形式的塑性应变流动律和背应力演化律,将单调拉伸和循环行为分别独立描述。将模型应用于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢单轴棘轮行为的描述中,模拟结果和实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:The uniaxial ratcheting behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel at room temperature is experimentally investigated. A new separate visco-plastic constitutive model is presented. A memory surface for maximum plastic strain is introduced and different plastic strain flow rules and evolution rules of back stress are applied according to the memory surface. The monotonic tensile behavior and cyclic behavior of the material are separately described independently. The model is applied to simulation for uniaxial ratcheting behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. It is shown that the simulative results agree well with the experimental ones.
