摘    要: 研究了 70 75铝合金在超塑性预处理和拉伸过程。结果表明 ,合金经过固溶处理炉冷→轧制预处理后 ,形成 1~ 2 μm的胞块组织。在超塑拉伸过程中胞块发生回复和再结晶 ,形成细晶组织 ,使合金获得优异的超塑性性能

Abstract:The microstructural variety of an aluminum alloy 7075 during the superplastic thermomechanical process and tensile test was studied. The results show that the cellular microstructure (1~2μm) was formed after solution treated,furnace cooling→rolling. The alloy was recoverd and recrystallijed during the superplastic tensile test. The resultant microstructure with fine grains exhibited excellent superplasticity.
