叶轮机计算流体动力学技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要: 通过对 863高负荷风扇、2 0 0MW汽轮机组改进、组合压气机改进和轴流大小叶片压气机的研制,说明了全三维定常CFD技术在我国叶轮机研究中的作用,并指出了当前的主要问题;通过对风扇 -吊架干扰,单级压气机和处理机匣的研究,说明了非定常CFD技术对叶轮机气动力学研究的作用和价值。结合上述全三维定常和非定常CFD应用的实例,论述了我国叶轮机CFD技术面临的挑战,及其发展趋势。

Abstract:The merits and shortcomings of three dimensional steady flow numerical analysis nowadays in turbomachinery in China are presented based on the development of a high performance fan and a new axial compressor with the splitter rotor, and the improvement of a 200 MW stream turbine and a mixed compressor introduced in the paper, and the value of three dimensional unsteady flow numerical analysis nowadays in turbomachinery are also discussed based on the study of interactions of pylon and fan, rotor and stator, and rotor and casing treatment. Finally, the challenges and tendencies of the CFD technique are pointed out in the paper.
