表面裂纹平板的胶粘贴补研究

摘    要: 本文在胶层仅受剪应力的假设基础上,对裂纹板采用线弹簧模型处理,把表面裂纹平板的胶粘贴补问题转化为一个第二类Fredholm积分方程组的求解问题,从而获得了胶粘贴补后裂纹前缘应力强度因子分布及胶层内的剪应力分布。并就贴片大小、厚度及胶层厚度等因素对加强效果的影响进行了计算和分析。本文所得结论和结果将为实际结构的胶粘贴补设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:This is an approximate solution for a plate with surface crack reinforced by an adhesive patch. The cracked plate wes treated according to Rice's Line-spring-model, so that the 3-D problem was simplified to the Kirchhoff plate problem.The Integral equations were solved numerically. Stress intensity factor along the crack front and shear stresses distribution in the adhesive layer were obtained for varieties of parameters.
