| Abstract: | One of the main problems in designing robust control systems of flexiblespacecraft is the spillover management.The parameter optimization and orthogonalsubspace methods of the control and observation spillover management in dynamicoutput feedback control system are presented.The synthetic design method withspillover management is developed to reduce the spillover and improve the robustnessof the control systems. |
