硼粉燃烧热值测试不确定度分析

摘    要:基于硼粉点火和燃烧特性,介绍了硼粉燃烧热值测试原理和方法,分析了影响硼粉燃烧热值测试不确定度的因素,并对各不确定度分量进行了评定。结果表明,影响硼粉热值测试不确定度的主要因素有:系统热容量的不确定度和助燃剂热值的不确定度;在助燃剂保障硼粉完全燃烧的条件下,减小助燃剂热值的不确定度是提高硼粉热值测试准确度的关键因素。

Abstract:Considering the ignition and combustion characteristics of boron powder, the experiment heat testing of combustion by using combustion improver to ignite the boron is conducted. The uncertainties of combustion heat testing of boron were analysed. The resuh shows that the main factors affecting the uncertainty are the uncertainty of system's specific heat capacity and the uncertainty of the combustion heat of combustion improver. When the boron powder burns completely reducing the uncertainty of combustion improver's combustion heat is the key factor for improving the measurement accuracy of combustion heat of boron powder.
