| 摘 要： | 介绍一台高精度、自动化的动态测量角度仪器。该仪器采用了高精度的回转空气轴系和多测量头的均化技术，减小了基准制造误差对系统精度的影响，采用了计算机系统控制测量过程、数据处理，实现了自动化测量。

| Abstract: | An automatic dynamic angle testing instrument with high accuracy is presented in this paper.A high rotation precision air static pressure bearing and multiprobe homogenization technique are adopted to the instrument for decreasing the effect of the manufacturing error of the standard.The computer system is adopted to control the measurement procession and the date processing,and to realize the automatic testing. |
