| 摘 要： | 针对“半负荷电压跌落法”在耐电压测试仪实际输出容量检定中存在的问题，从分析容量测量的原理出发，重点讨论了测试电压和负载电阻器与实际输出容量检定的关系；在此基础上对实际输出容量的检定提出了更具有可操作性的指导原则，并指出该检定项目的适用范围。

| Abstract: | Pointing to the problems that exist in the actual-output-capacity calibration of withstanding vohage tester with the half-load-voltage-drop method, the paper firstly analyses the measuring principle of the actual-output-capacity calibration, then emphatically discusses the influence of the testing-vohage and resistor on the actual-output-capacity calibration. On this basis, the paper puts forward a more operable guidance for the calibration, and points out the application scope of the calibration. |
