| 摘 要： | 利用排列图法对实验室2005至2009年的内部审核不符合项进行了分析。实验室内部审核不符合项主要集中在记录的控制、设备的管理、测试方法及确认、文件的控制四个方面,不符合项产生的根本原因是人为因素。运用排列图法分析实验室质量问题的产生原因简便、可靠、有效。

| Abstract: | By analysing the audit unqualified items from year 2005 to year 2009,the four main aspects on which the audit unqualified items foused were discovered.They are the control of record,equipment management,measuring method and its confirmation,and the control of document.The basic reason for the audit unqualified items is personal factor.The method of using pareto to analyse laboratory quality problem is simple,effective and reliable. |
