摘    要:针对单柱地轨型三坐标机横梁的特性进行了理论分析,介绍了横梁的变形补偿方法,并通过对测头轨变的研究,提出应用计算调整横梁,同时给出了算法。这种横梁的设计和调整经过实际验证是切实可行的,而且远远高出我国同类产品的水平。

Abstract:In this paper, the theory of cantilever 3D CMM is discussed in accordance with itsfeature,the compensation for the deformation of the horizontal beam is introduced. After studying thetrack of the probe, we present a calculating method for adjusting the horizontal beam in detail. Theresults of the design and adjustment of the horizontal beam do show that this approach is feasible.Furthermore,the machine has surpassed the same products in our country.
