基于有限元方法的凹槽超声检测

摘    要:从比较成熟的有限元基本理论出发,建立具有吸收边界的二维有限元数值模型,对含有不同大小凹槽的模型进行了数值模拟研究;由波场快照图清晰地显示了凹槽对声波传播的影响,通过对截取的时域A-扫描曲线上底面回波进行频谱分析得到的频域特征量和灵敏频率可以识别出不同宽度的凹槽。应用有限元模拟方法所得结果对实际应用有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:A two-dimensional finite element model has been developed by the principle of finite element method which is very perfect. The models which have different size of groove are studied by simulation. The snapshots display the effect of ultrasonic propagation by groove, and we can obtain the different characteristics and sensitivity frequency in frequency domain and the signal that has been analyzed is intercepted from the A - scan curves from the back wall echo. The results can recognize different defects which are simulated in this text and the simulation results of FEM are useful for application.
